ph33b Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your Account. Account sharing of any kind is prohibited and may result in suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.
All transactions on the ph33b Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
ph33b may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. ph33b targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional security checks are required. ph33b shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. ph33b complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (AMLA) and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

ph33b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account at the time of the modification.
All games available on the ph33b Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose products use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. ph33b does not operate or control the RNG systems; however, ph33b only partners with game studios that hold valid gaming licences and can demonstrate independent RNG certification.

ph33b shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from Platform unavailability; losses caused by Player error, including incorrect bet placement; losses caused by third-party payment processor failures; or losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
ph33b reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where ph33b reasonably believes the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory directive.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ph33b support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph33b's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.
